The wellness Action Plan is a tool to help you and your employees share what keeps you and them well at work.

It’s based on a wellness recovery Action Plan (WRAP) an evidence based system for managing mental health . This system has been adapted and a new approach has become popular for use in workplace settings.

It’s a personal document written by employees and shared with individual managers. It works as an agreement but not legally binding.

Wellness Action Plans are for everyone, not just someone who has an immediate problem. It’s important to stay aware of our own mental health.

This six week programme is designed to help strengthen your Mental health and wellbeing. You will learn to use tools that will help you and your mental health, we will explore the seven pillars of well -being and you will create your own personal wellness action plan.
